all of our products are vegan!

We are lucky to live in the Hudson Valley, where we have access to a ton of great farmers and producers. We use flour from Wild Hive, cheese from Treeline Cheese (Kingston), our Chipotle Sauce from Some Like it Hot, and Marinara Sauce from Buon Pomodoro. We also get produce from farms like 4Wall Farm, Field & Larder, Obercreek, and Wilklow Orchards.

Water, Mung Bean Protein, Expeller-Pressed Canola Oil, Contains less than 2% of Dehydrated Onion, Gellan Gum, Natural Carrot Extractives (color), Turmeric Extractives (color), Potassium Citrate, Salt, Sugar, Tapioca Syrup Solids, Tetrasodium Pyrophosphate, Transglutaminase, Nisin (preservative). This is mostly used on croissants as an egg wash, but not the pretzel-ized ones.
